Wonderful Apartment stay
excellent support thorough service proactive approach
The team provided EXCELLENT room support and housekeeping. Afzaal and Falayna were very helpful, explaining equipment use. They suggested other available facilities, which I appreciated. I found their service proactive and very thorough.
The free shuttles advertised were not running, and there was no alternative transport offered.

The hotel location offers a complimentary shuttle bus to the mall. The bus runs regularly, providing easy access to shopping and attractions, it is really a valued service.

ALL staff members were friendly. They were helpful. The executive lounge staff, including Joni, Hnin, Ajay, Saddam, and Jaspal, provided attentive service, it was lovely.

The location offers a quiet stay, but provides reasonable access to key areas. The hotel boasts convenient access to transportation. The general area felt safe. It was so reassuring.
